Odisha Needs Your Help.
Fani, one of the strongest and rarest cyclones hit eastern India on 3 May 2019 leaving the state of Odisha as one of the worst-affected. High velocity winds with speed of 175 kmph coupled with heavy rainfall created a havoc in the region. An estimated 1.2 million people were evacuated from the coastal areas in Odisha. Now, it’s time to rebuild and recover from the post-cyclone damage.
